Vigouroots Kimchi is a variation of the traditional Korean dish. It is made by lactic acid fermentation of dark green cabbage, carrot, radish and medicinal herbs, fresh organic roots & spices.
The ingredients have been carefully selected and lovingly combined to create an incredibly flavoursome Kimchi that’s packed with nutrients and packs a punch!
Heat? It is medium to hot.
Lactic acid fermentation produces health promoting bacteria, enzymes & acids which promote a healthy and balanced gut microbiome, which in turn promotes numerous health benefits to the human body and mind.
The added medicinal herbs act as a prebiotic within the pro-biotic, providing the right food for the healthy bacteria that we want to colonise our gut, and reduce the population of the lesser desired bacteria and yeasts.
Vigouroots Kimchi uses the best fresh roots, herbs and spices known for their medicinal properties. These include superfoods garlic, ginger, turmeric and chilli which are known for their nutritious, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties – and there is a lot packed into one jar!
