Delivery information

Orders placed Thursday-Sunday are shipped Monday morning. Orders placed Monday-Wednesday are shipped Thursday morning.

Vigouroots products are preserved through fermentation and should be fine out of the fridge during transit. When they arrive please refrigerate them. It is not abnormal for the jars to leak a little during transit. The live bacteria produce CO2 and as the gas escapes, some liquid can also get out too. Just give the jars a rinse and pop them in the fridge – Best Before dates are unaffected by this.
